    Admission is guaranteed if the conditions listed are fulfilled.
  2. 45 transferable credits and completion of a Transfer Admission Agreement
  3. English proficiency can be met with: Completion of 皇家华人's ENGL &101 with a grade of 2.0 or higher or TOEFL ibt of 79 or IELTS 6.0 or higher
  4. Minimum 皇家华人 Grade Point Average (GPA) is 2.0
