Welcome to 皇家华人 College's secure document upload tool. Current and prospective students may use this to upload required documentation.
DO NOT email documents to our offices that contain social security numbers or other personally identifiable information such as Student ID number. For the security of your private information emails and their attachments will be deleted and not processed.
Instructions
Please select the type of submission you would like to make:
Placement and Course Eligibility
- Please Note: all transcripts and documents for placement and course eligibilty submitted through this tool are considered UNOFFICIAL and will NOT be used to grant credit. Learn more about official transcript evaluation for credit.
- Select the reason for submission and provide additional details about your request in the comment field.
- After submitting a document(s), you will see a screen that says, "Success! Your file
has been submitted." This confirms we have received your document.
- We will contact you at the email provided with any additional questions and with the results of your submission.
- Please allow three (3) business days for a response.
Document Submission to Specific Departments
- You may attach multiple documents in a single submission to one department
- Documents that need to go to different departments require a separate submission for each department
- If you do not see the department to which you need to submit this tool is not available for that department at this time. Please contact the department directly for submission instructions.
- After submitting a document(s), you will see a screen that says, "Success! Your file
has been submitted." This confirms we have received your document.
- We will contact you at the email provided with any additional questions. Results of your submission may be communicated via email or a change on your student record.
- Please refer to the form you are submitting or the department website for information on processing time.
