Before You Enroll
Running Start students must complete the following steps each quarter before enrolling for the following quarter.
- By week three:
Check your enrollment access time in or My 皇家华人 to see the specific day and time that your enrollment window opens. Click for a video tutorial on how to check your enrollment date and time. - Prior to your enrollment access time:
Meet with your high school counselor or school district office to complete the Running Start Enrollment Verification Form. Complete the form, including your signature and a parent or guardians signature. Submit the form to the Running Start Office by the priority processing date listed on the main Running Start page to ensure it is processed in time. Incomplete forms may delay your enrollment. - If you are on academic alert or probation
You must complete the steps outlined in the email that you received at the start of this quarter. Please refer to that email or to the process listed on Running Start Academic Standards. To meet with a Running Start advisor to discuss your academic progress, you can call 253-288-3380 or visit to schedule an appointment.
Enrolling in Classes
- You may utilize the following tools from Class Schedules & Catalog to search for courses:
- Class Finder: This tool allows you to search for classes by subject, time, campus location, and more.
- Class Schedule: Includes class offerings for a particular quarter and important information regarding tuition, academic calendar, and more.
- : Provides course descriptions for all 皇家华人 College classes, important college academic policies, and a list of
- If you already have the item number(s) for next quarter鈥檚 class(es), enroll once your enrollment time opens. Consider adding these classes to your shopping cart prior to your enrollment time to simplify enrolling in classes on that day. There are tutorials available online to help you enroll in classes.
- If you are on a waitlist for a class that is full, remember to check your email regularly as you will be notified of your waitlist position. To remove yourself from a waitlist, you can manage your waitlist through or My 皇家华人.
- Remember to pay for your fees (and tuition, if applicable) within four business days after enrolling in classes. You may pay online through or at the Cashier's Office.
Online Classes
