Application Requirements

1. Possess an Unencumbered Practical Nursing License
Applicants must hold a current, unencumbered Practical Nursing (LPN) license.

2. Complete All Prerequisite Coursework

  • A minimum grade of 2.5 is required for each course.
  • The overall cumulative GPA for all prerequisite courses must be 3.0 or higher.
  • Only one course may be in progress at the time of application.

Steps to Apply

2. Submit Official Transcripts

  • Required Immunizations and Tests:
    • Two-step TB test
    • Influenza
    • Hepatitis B
    • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
    • Varicella
    • Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap)
    • COVID-19 (booster included)
