Collegiate Recovery Program

Support and resources for students in or interested in recovery.

The Center for Transformational Wellness has developed a Collegiate Recovery Program because we know that students in recovery are valuable members of our college community and have unique needs to meet their personal and career goals. We believe that there are multiple pathways to recovery and no student should have to choose between their recovery and academics.

The purpose of the Collegiate Recovery Program is to provide individual and group recovery coaching to students who are either in recovery or interested in recovery. The CRP defines recovery as healing from any harmful behavior such as substance misuse or negative thought patterns from mental health issues. The program practices harm reduction but can also provide support to students in 12-step programs who are practicing sobriety. The CRP also offers a social community through our community partnership with Recovery Beyond and can assist with navigating college resources for things such as childcare, housing, and employment.
