»Ê¼Ò»ªÈË College International Programs has been organizing custom short-term programs for many years. In fact. we have just celebrated our 16th year hosting the Study of the U.S. Institute's Madeleine K. Albright Youg Women's Leaders Program funded by the Depart of State and hosted by the Women's Global Leadership Consortium.  See website.

We have also had a lot of success with creating programs for Intensive English & Aviation and International Globalization themes. Here are some samples:

Intensive English & Aviation

Students are fully integrated into campus life as an international student for one quarter, with the addition of major-specific courses and labs, customized to your program needs. Ideal for a cohort of advanced-major students looking to improve English proficiency and gain global workforce skills in a specific major.

  • 12 weeks
  • On campus housing
  • Courses in Intensive English (integrated with other international students)
  • Aviation lab courses
  • Bi-monthly excursions (1 academic field trip and 1 cultural experience per month)

International Globalization Theme

Students take customized classes in a cohort. Ideal for students with strong academic English proficiency and applicable to a variety of majors.

  • 3-5 weeks
  • Host family or on campus housing (based on seasonal availability)
  • Courses in Economics, Political Science, Environmental Sustainability
  • Weekly cultural excursions

We can help you develop 2 to 12 week programs.  Here is a sample 2 week schedule:
